Roy Griak Invitational Results
We had a great opportunity for one of our top runners to participate in the Gold Division of the Girls high school race in the Griak Invitational at the University of Minnesota Leo Bolstad golf course on Saturday.
It is a challenging course and it was unusually warm fall weather on Saturday, but Theresa ran a great race against some top competition from Minnesota, the rest of the midwest, and even a top school from California.
Results-
19:43.8 - Theresa Mueller (6:04, 6:17, 6:33, :49) - 23rd place
(396 girls gold division runners)
Theresa looked strong at the increased 5k race distance and was able to showcase her ability against other fantastic runners.

Trinity CC - Week Seven Schedule
Hello,
As we enter Week 7 we are at the halfway point of the season already. Let's keep our momentum in training going strong and enter October in good position for our championship season schedule.
Here's the schedule for the upcoming week:
Week Seven Schedule-
Monday, September 22nd - 3:30-5:30pm at Trinity School
Tuesday, September 23rd - 3:30-5:30pm at Trinity School
Wednesday, September 24th - Run On Your Own - option to run at 6:45am at Trinity School
Thursday, September 25th - 3:30-5:30pm at Trinity School
Friday, September 26th - 2:30-4:30pm at Trinity School (practice immediately following the early release)
Saturday, September 27th - 7:30-9:30am at Leo Bolstad Golf Course to run before the Roy Griak Invitational (2275 Larpenteur Avenue West, Falcon Heights, MN) - Varsity required, everyone else is optional Run On Your Own day. We will meet at Lauderdale Community Park in the dog park parking lot on the northwest corner of Fulham Street and Roselawn Avenue in Lauderdale at 7:30am.
The Saturday practice is a change. We were hoping the St. Paul CAA Junior High race would be scheduled for the last Saturday in September, as it has been most years. It was acheduled for Saturday, October 4th instead.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Jesse
