Trinity CC - Week Seven Schedule

Hello,

As we enter Week 7 we are at the halfway point of the season already.  Let's keep our momentum in training going strong and enter October in good position for our championship season schedule.

Here's the schedule for the upcoming week:

Week Seven Schedule-
Monday, September 26th - 3:30-5:30pm at Trinity School
Tuesday, September 27th - 3:30-5:30pm at Trinity School
Wednesday, September 28th - Run On Your Own - option to run at 6:45am at Trinity School, the weight room will be open
Thursday, September 29th - 3:30-5:30pm at Trinity School
Friday, September 30th - 3:30-5:00pm at Trinity School
Saturday, October 1st - Varsity Runners (18 boys, 12 girls) - Swain Invitational at Enger Park Golf Course in Duluth - we leave Trinity at 6:30am and will return to Trinity by 9:30pm.

We plan to take 18 boys and 12 girls to the Swain Invitational in Duluth on Saturday, this is based on the size and experience of each team.

Seniors, varsity runners, and runners close to the varsity lineup have priority to go to Duluth.  It is rare for us to take any junior high athletes because the Swain course is very hilly and our junior high runners will have another 3 races coming up in the next 10 days after the Swain meet.

Monday we will finalize which runners will be making the trip to compete and communicate that out to everyone.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,
Jesse

From FMSC to Trinity - turn right onto Lone Oak Road going east from the FMSC parking lot, take that to Dodd Road and go north (take a left), stay right on Dodd Road through the 55/149 split, turn right (east) onto O'Neill Drive, take that about one mile to Trinity.

Adult Workers: Jesse Schoen, Jonathan Frenz, Carol Hammond, David/Luanne Gerrity, Charlie Cudd, Lori Martin, Richard Baum, Kim Kelly-Sommer, Regina Kehl, Maria Gonko, Cristy Brink, Carla Erickson, Anita Cline-Cole, Etti Cruse

Schedule:

1 - Arrive at the Trinity Fall Field Day site (Northview Athletic Fields in Eagan - same parking lot that you drop them off at) at 1:45pm.

3 - Participate in the 2:30-4:30pm training and work shift with the cross country team.

If fall field day is cancelled due to weather or any other reason, we do plan to still have our work shift at Feed My Starving Children for all Trinity cross country runners that can make it.  We would still like to have the event and keep our parent volunteers to join us.  We would just meet at Feed My Starving Children at 2:15pm in that scenario.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,
Jesse
