Trinity CC - Practice Week Four

Hello,

I hope you can enjoy the long Labor Day Weekend. I know our CC runners are looking forward to their first meet!

Here's the schedule for the upcoming week...

Week Four Schedule:
Monday, September 6th - no practice - enjoy Labor Day!
Tuesday, September 7th - 3:30-5:30pm at Trinity School
Wednesday, September 8th - Run On Your Own - option to run at 7:00am at Trinity School
Thursday, September 9th - 3:30-5:30pm at Trinity School
Friday, September 10th - 3:30-5:00pm at Trinity School
Saturday, September 11th - Red Knight Invitational at Bassett Creek Park in Crystal, MN. The first races start at 9:00am. Runners should be at the meet by 8:00am.
