Swain Invitational Results

It was 43 degrees, with a light, constant rain and 30mph winds with even stronger gusts at Enger Park golf course in Duluth on Saturday, but the Tri-Hawk runners embraced the conditions and accepted the challenge to make the most of the event.  It provided some amazing team results because of the effort by our teams.  I was very proud of our toughness, both physically and mentally, that was on display throughout this meet.

The splits are very strange for a couple of reasons - 1) the 2-mile mark wasn't marked...it was an educated guess on talking to other people and coaches and 2) the final mile for the boys and half-mile for the girls was nearly all downhill to the finish.
