Today was the last official practice for the cross country team. We are proud of the strong races yesterday by our runners and for their hard work and dedication over the course of the whole season.
Charlie Cruse will be practicing next week for the state meet and any team member is welcome to join him. The practices this coming week are optional.

Monday, October 30, 3:30-5:00: Practice at Trinity
Tuesday, October 31: NO PRACTICE
Thursday, November 2, 3:30-5:00: Practice at Trinity
Friday, November 3: registration at St. Olaf (tentative)
Saturday, November 4: State Meet at St. Olaf College in Northfield
- 1:00pm: Class A Girls Race
- 2:00pm: Class A Boys Race
DIRECTIONS to St. Olaf: 35W south to Minnesota Highway 19, go east on 19 to Northfield and follow the Saint Olaf College signage. Alternative routes include Cedar (77) and Highway 3 out of St. Paul.
Spectator Parking & Shuttle Service: Spectator parking is available at four remote parking lots at the southeast end of St. Olaf campus. Large red signs will direct spectators to these lots. Shuttle service to and from campus will be provided from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on race day. The pickup and drop off points will be posted with large red “Bus Stop” signs. Please note: Spectator parking is not allowed in any of the Skoglund Athletic Center parking lots.
November 10, 6-8pm: Post Season Party at RR. Families welcome to attend.
